Project of WAQF Mixed Use Development at Niamey, Niger for M/s Islamic University of Niger (Phase-1) The total construction area is 17 690 m2. The partial underground floor is the equipment floor, covering an area of 1 058 m2. 1-2 floors above ground are shopping malls with an area of 8 043 m2. China Donated Medical College of Nouakchott University in Mauritania The project was donated by China Government. The main building is a three-stories framework structure, includes teaching & laboratory building, administration building, amphitheater, teachers apartments, four experimental zone and ancillary facilities, etc., and the total construction area is 8730m2. The project was commenced on October 9th, 2011, and was finally accepted on January 21st, 2013.
Construction of Friendship Hospital in Nouakchott of Mauritania The project was donated by China Government, and the hospital is located in densely populated slums of Arafat District in the south of Nouakchott City. It was a modern general hospital, includes outpatient, emergency room, operating room, radiology department, laboratory, inpatient department etc., and 88 hospital beds were equipped. The total construction area of the hospital is 7410.2 m2.
